Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbon (PAH) pollution in coastal areas from the NW Mediterranean has been assessed by measuring bile PAH metabolites in two fish species, the red mullet – Mullus barbatus-and the sea comber – Serranus cabrilla – Bile crude samples were directly analysed by LC-fluorescence at the excitation/emission wavelengths of benzo[a]pyrene (380/430 nm). Subsequently, bile samples were hydrolysed and analysed by (a) LC-fluorescence at the excitation/emission wavelength pairs of naphthol (290/335 nm) and pyrenol (345/395 nm), and (b) gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (GC–MS) for the determination of individual PAHs. Qualitative and quantitative differences were recorded among sampling sites. Both species allowed us to detect different pollution gradients, the highest levels of FACs were observed in organisms caught in the vicinity of big industrial cities, whereas the lowest levels were recorded in organisms from Corsica and Sardinia. The obtained results highlight the usefulness of the LC-fluorescence technique as an initial screening method to assess PAH exposure in coastal fish.  相似文献

This work aimed to evaluate the use of Mugil curema as a biomonitor for polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon (PAH) bioavailability. Fish biliary metabolites from low-contaminated (Cananéia) and contaminated (Santos) Brazilian estuaries were analysed using a high-performance liquid chromatography apparatus coupled to fluorescence detectors connected in a series. In the Cananéia and Santos estuaries, total metabolite levels ranged from 0.85 to 34.4 μg g? 1 of bile and from 4.06 to 528 μg g? 1 of bile, respectively. Metabolite levels were not influenced by feeding status or sexual hormones (p < 0.05), thus suggesting that M. curema is a good biomonitor for PAH bioavailability. In estuarine regions, it is possible to sample both the male and female genders of this species in any reproductive period.  相似文献

The study investigated the effects of salinity on growth,antimicrobial activities and secondary metabolites of 47 marine filamentous fungi isolated from the East China Sea near the western shore of the Taiwan Straits.The results indicate that NaCl promoted the growth up to 91.5% of test strains.However,only 14.9% of them showed a significant increase of antimicrobial activity against Candida albicans.When incubated in different concentrations of NaCl,the colony growth, antimicrobial activities and composition of secondary metabolites of the strain Ty01b-8 of Penicillium sp.varied.Treatment with KCl also showed a similar effect.An alkaloid isolated from the fermentation broth of Ty01b-8 was identified as chrysogine,inhibition activity of which against Hela cells was 15.05% at 20 μ g/ml,and yield was 4.4 and 4.9 times higher in 3 percent and 6 percent NaCl treatments,respectively, compared with the non-salt culture condition. These findings prove that salinity is an important factor influencing growth and secondary metabolites of some marine fungi,which can be used to screen for new metabolites from marine fungi,and to enhance their metabolites production in industrial fermentation.  相似文献

从湛江红树林的根部中分离筛选一株潜在益生菌,命名HSL36,通过形态观察,并进行生理生化特性分析和16S rDNA序列分析后,鉴定为戊糖乳杆菌(Lactobacillus pentosus)。采用气-质联用技术(GC-MS)对菌株HSL36胞外代谢产物进行成分分析,菌株HSL36发酵液二氯甲烷萃取物的主要化学成分为邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基环己醇、柏木脑、碘代十六烷和2个未确定化合物。  相似文献

通过抑菌及抗肿瘤活性实验,明确海洋真菌Neosartorya fischeri 1008F1次级代谢产物中的活性有效组分。应用对峙培养法和生长速率法,对菌株的抑菌活性进行测定。应用MTT法,对菌株的抗肿瘤活性进行测定。应用凝胶(Sephadex LH-20)柱层析的方法,对菌株发酵产物的提取物进行分离。结果发现,海洋真菌Neosartorya fischeri 1008F1的水溶性提取物对番茄早疫菌(Alternaria solani)具有一定的抑制活性。菌株的粗提物浸膏经Sephadex LH-20柱梯度洗脱后,得到的组分B、C、D、E和F。在0.5 g/L的供试浓度下,组分B、C和D对胃癌细胞SGC-7901的抑制率均高于80%,而组分B、C、D、E和F对肝癌细胞BEL-7404的抑制率均高于70%。  相似文献

对采自海南文昌红树林根际土壤样品中分离到的真菌Penicillium sp. MA-37的次生代谢产物的化学成分进行了研究.利用硅胶柱层析、葡聚糖凝胶Sephadex LH-20柱层析、制备薄层层析以及重结晶等分离方法并通过现代波谱技术共分离、鉴定了8个天然产物,分别为:氮-(2-甲氧基-4-羟基苯)-丙酰胺酸(1),氮-(2,4-二甲氧基苯)-丙酰胺酸(2),氮-(2,4-二甲氧基苯)-丙酰胺酸甲酯(3),(22E,24R)-麦角甾-5,7,22-三烯-3β-醇(4),(22E,24R)-麦角甾-4,6,8(14),22-四烯-3-酮(5),(22E,24R)-5α,8α-环二氧麦角甾-6,22-双烯-3β-醇(6), asperamide B (7), cis-4-hydroxy-6-deoxyscytalone (8);其中化合物1为新化合物,化合物2和3为新天然产物.  相似文献
